2. General information

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations (GDPR, German BDSG) and this privacy policy. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted in Germany with Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). When the pages are accessed, the server automatically collects information in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page accessed, the amount of data transferred, the browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer). This data serves the secure, stable operation of the website and is not merged with other data sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a technically flawless presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Contact (form and e-mail)

If you contact us via the contact or initial-check form or by e-mail, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, e-mail address, phone number and your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (lit. f). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. AI advisor “Printi”

The chat assistant “Printi” runs directly in your browser and is intended for guidance. Only when you actively request a free initial check via the chat are the details you enter (name, company, e-mail address) transmitted to us — just like a form request — and processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). No further analysis of your input or transfer to third parties takes place.

6. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. For convenience functions we only use your browser's local storage, for example to remember your language selection and the position of the chat window. This information remains in your browser and is not transmitted to us. You can delete local storage at any time via your browser settings.

7. Fonts

All fonts are embedded locally from our own server. As a result, no data is transferred to third parties (such as Google Fonts) when the page loads.

8. External links

Our site contains links to external services (e.g. WhatsApp, Google). If you follow them, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. We have no influence over their data processing.

9. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by “https” and the lock symbol in your browser's address bar. This means the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

10. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). 11. Changes to this policy

We update this privacy policy whenever the data processing or the legal framework changes. The version published on this page applies in each case.
