A fair question before starting
An additional expense needs to make business sense. In a free initial conversation, we look at your tasks and figures: where does avoidable effort arise today? What could you usefully delegate? And what value would the support need to deliver to be worthwhile?
Discuss the business case for freeIdentify time spent on routine tasks, correction rounds and existing external costs.
Include the package price, onboarding and your remaining coordination effort.
Consider time freed, actual savings and additional contribution margin separately.
You receive an initial assessment of the business case before commissioning a package. This gives you a basis for deciding whether getting started makes sense for your business.
External support for day-to-day operations
Outsourcing for printing businesses means handing recurring tasks to an external team. With KT-Digital Managed Services, you delegate agreed work across prepress, shop maintenance, customer service, operations and marketing.
A dedicated contact coordinates delivery to your priorities. You choose the mix of tasks and weekly capacity. The service is also available independently of AI-Druckwerk.

What we handle
Choose the tasks that regularly hold your team back or leave opportunities untapped. Together, we build a suitable mix of assignments. Your dedicated contact coordinates delivery with the relevant specialists in the KT-Digital team.
Check and correct artwork to agreed specifications, create layouts and typesetting, edit images and prepare approval documents.
Maintain products, variants and prices to your instructions, prepare descriptions and images, organise imports and improve ordering journeys.
Triage enquiries, prepare quotation documents, consolidate questions and coordinate order updates or approvals with customers. You retain pricing and order approval.
Manage SEO, GEO, newsletters, social media and advertising. Align offers and content with relevant customers and review qualified enquiries together.
Research target groups, competitors and product opportunities, prepare presentations and support quotation follow-ups within your agreed customer process.
Develop your website and shop, simplify recurring data work and implement integrations or automation. Technical requirements and effort are assessed beforehand.
Maintain CRM records, coordinate appointments and tasks, structure information and document recurring workflows so knowledge remains available during handovers.
Gather and compare quotations, maintain supplier information and prepare discussions. You approve supplier selection, purchases and budgets.
You set the priorities. We agree tasks, required skills, access and approval routes before starting. Work is delivered within your booked capacity; advertising spend, licences and third-party services are excluded from the package price.
Possible workflow · illustrative example
Product updates are waiting, artwork needs corrections and customers are waiting for replies. The owner steps in everywhere.
You delegate two recurring tasks first: product maintenance and artwork preparation. Your contact works through the agreed priorities and consolidates outstanding decisions.
The weekly overview shows completed tasks, hours used and your remaining coordination effort. Together, we assess whether the relief justifies the investment.
Planned capacity. A clear monthly price.
Start with the capacity you can use for meaningful work today. Every package includes regular contacts, agreed priorities, documented delivery and team backup. We agree the mix of tasks beforehand.

How we work together
Tell us three tasks that regularly slow you down. In a free initial conversation, we assess what can usefully be delegated and which package fits.
Before you commission work, you receive written scope, prices and terms. We establish access, approvals, regular contacts and measurable objectives.
We work to your priorities and document progress. Regular reviews compare effort, time freed and results against the agreed objectives.
Make progress visible
Before starting, we define how you will recognise value. Reviews use documented work and relevant business measures, always with the starting point for comparison.
Processing time and your coordination effort compared with the starting point.
Correction rounds, questions and completed tasks with documented approval.
For sales assignments: qualified enquiries, orders won and additional contribution margin.
Time freed initially creates capacity. We assess actual cost savings or increased earnings separately. Results depend on factors including assignments, approvals and demand.
